The terrace
When you want to create the right mood in the garden and on the terrace it is important with light. On the terrace you can choose bury spots and wall lamps on the house wall. Both are available in a number of stiles and designs so it is important to find the exact lamp that fits the house, but also the indoor decorations. It is practical to choose lamps with energy-efficient light bulbs that save up to 80% of the energy consumption.

The garden
It gives a nice effect if you light certain things in the garden, e.g. a bush, a tree or a sculpture. This can be done with a spot lamp or a bed lamp, e.g. use one with an energy-efficient light bulb. If you choose clear spot light then it is important that the light does not continue through to the neighbour or passers-by. You can also choose lamps that send out a diffuse light. This would give soft, comfortable lighting in the garden.
Light in the garden also creates the feeling that the garden does not stop at the terrace, and when you are indoors the lights give the garden a cosy and safe atmosphere.

The garden path
It is also a good idea to light the garden path itself, and here we also have many different types of lamps with multiple functions. If the garden path is long, then it is nice with a soft orientation light that shows the direction of the path. This can be done with small bury spots that are buried at the edge of the grass, or with a line of freestanding lamps, e.g. solar cell lamps.
